  1. I like the James Baldwin quote. I can remember finding his books as a teenage (I had a class called Directed Reading---all we had to do was read any book we wanted and make short reports, a perfect class for me) and being so impressed by his writing. Many of the books I read then have left me, but not his or Upton Sinclairs.

  2. Thanks for the comment. Always nice to know others share my love of quotes.

I don't think I have ever read a book by James Baldwin. Or Upton Sinclair. Can you recommend one in particular?

    Have a good day,
    Marianne
