Thanks, Rae. I have been in a Facebook photo group for quite a while and thought this might be a great idea to share some pictures with my blogger friends.
Thanks, Susan. It is a lot of fun. This one ran from 2001 until 2018 and I have just put a link to that one under the picture (though you can also find all my book club activities at the "Book Club" tab.)
The first picture is my table in our international club where we would "advertise" our different activities, the second is all the books we read in the first year. It was wonderful. I only started this blog because people moved all the time and they wanted to stay in touch.
What a wonderful idea! I hope it goes beautifully.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Deb. This was years ago and yes, we had a great time in that book club.
DeleteWhat a wonderful Wordless Wednesday, and on your first try yet. You rock, friend.

DeleteGreat wordless photo. International book clubs are always interesting.
ReplyDeleteThis was a really great one, Lisbeth, I absolutely loved it.
DeleteI love the idea of an international book club. How fun!

Neat! Kingsolver is an amazing author. I discovered her thanks to this book
ReplyDeleteSame here, Emma. I absolutely love all of her but the first book usually stays with us forever.
