No, they abolished them. But I had contributed it to a photo group for the title "missing". And I thought it was a good picture last week because the British had their elections.
You can still see them all over the place, at least in London, but I don't remember a working one. Most of them are empty or have some art work in them.

DeleteI also read though, that some schools are asking students to save them and repurpose them for art projects or other displays.
